At Flyway American, we are committed to sustainability and responsible production. To honor this commitment, we've adopted a unique campaign-style purchase system for our bags and totes. Here’s how it works:
Backing Projects
Our website features a variety of designs that highlight avian explorers, each represented as a project you can back. These are not just products; they're potential projects that need your support to come to life.
Choose your favorite
Browse through our innovative designs and select the one that you feel a connection with. By choosing to back a project, you are pre-ordering and playing a crucial role in its creation.
In some cases, we will have limited stock on hand and will be able to ship soon after you back the project.
Meeting the goal
Each project has a funding goal, set based on the number of units needed to go into production efficiently and economically. This goal reflects the minimum quantity required to produce the items with minimal waste.
Production begins
Once a project reaches its funding goal, we green-light the production. This model ensures that we only produce items that are in demand, thereby reducing overproduction and minimizing our environmental footprint.
Delivery
After production, the finished bags are shipped to you, the backers who made the project possible. Since we produce only what's needed, this system also reduces the need for large storage and warehouse spaces, aligning with our commitment to sustainability.
