Basically, the state of these birds tells us a lot about the health of our planet.

Our crowdfunding model allows you to support specific designs before they go into production. Simply choose a design you like, back it by placing a preorder, and once the project reaches its funding goal, we'll start production. This ensures that we only produce items that have a guaranteed demand, reducing waste and inefficiency.

In some cases, we do keep a limited stock of items that can ship right away. Look for items with limited quantities available in our shop.

If a project doesn't reach its funding goal within the specified timeframe, it will not go into production. You will be fully refunded for your contribution to the project. We strive to keep you informed and engaged throughout the campaign period about its progress.

The timeline from backing a project to receiving your bag typically includes the campaign duration (usually 14-30 days), followed by production and shipping. Production can take anywhere from 30 to 90 days, depending on the complexity of the design and the volume of orders. We appreciate your patience and commitment to sustainable production practices.

Due to the unique nature of crowdfunded products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt, and we will address the issue.
